Last Updated: November 2026

Welcome to Sarvajnaya Digital.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services and business communications. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or purchasing any service from Sarvajnaya Digital, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

2. About Our Services

Sarvajnaya Digital provides digital marketing, online branding and technology services, including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Business Profile Management and Local SEO
  • Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
  • Social Media Marketing and Management
  • Website Design and Development
  • Graphic Design and Creative Services
  • Content Creation and Digital Marketing Strategy
  • AI Automation and Business Process Automation

The exact scope, deliverables, pricing and timeline of each project will be communicated through an individual quotation, proposal or service agreement.

3. Service Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website, social media, WhatsApp or email does not automatically create a service agreement.

A project or service engagement will be considered confirmed once the scope of work, pricing, payment terms and other relevant requirements have been mutually agreed upon.

Sarvajnaya Digital reserves the right to accept or decline a service request based on availability, requirements and business considerations.

4. Pricing and Payments

All service charges will be communicated to clients before the commencement of work.

Depending on the nature of the project, payment may be structured as:

  • Full advance payment.
  • Partial advance payment followed by milestone-based payments.
  • Monthly or recurring service payments.
  • Any other payment arrangement mutually agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for making payments within the agreed timelines. Work may be paused or delayed if the required payment is not received by the agreed due date.

Any applicable taxes, government charges or additional third-party costs will be communicated separately where applicable.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

Each project will follow the scope and deliverables agreed upon before commencement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges, revised timelines or a separate agreement.

The number of revisions, approval stages and delivery expectations will depend on the agreed project scope.

Clients are expected to review submitted work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since Sarvajnaya Digital primarily provides digital services, customised creative work, marketing services and project-based solutions, our refund policy differs from that of physical product businesses.

6.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any project work or service delivery has started, the refund request may be reviewed based on the payment arrangement and any applicable administrative or third-party costs already incurred.

6.2 Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once project work has commenced, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Any refund request will be evaluated based on:

  • Work already completed.
  • Resources and time allocated.
  • Deliverables already shared.
  • Third-party expenses already incurred.
  • The terms agreed upon before project commencement.

6.3 Completed Services

Payments for services that have already been fully delivered are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

6.4 Monthly Services

For recurring services such as SEO, social media management and Google Business Profile management, cancellation requests must be communicated before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for the ongoing or completed billing period.

6.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible. The actual time required for the refund to appear in the client's account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.

6.6 Non-Refundable Expenses

Payments already made towards third-party tools, subscriptions, advertising platforms, hosting, domain registration, software licences, stock assets or other external services may not be refundable.

7. Advertising and Marketing Results

Sarvajnaya Digital makes reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed digital marketing services.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Particular Google search rankings.
  • A fixed number of leads or enquiries.
  • Guaranteed sales or revenue.
  • Specific social media followers or engagement.
  • Guaranteed Google Business Profile visibility.
  • Guaranteed advertising conversions.

Marketing performance may depend on several factors, including competition, market conditions, advertising budgets, platform algorithms, website quality and customer behaviour.

We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, algorithms, suspensions or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, relevant business details, required content, images, credentials and approvals necessary for service delivery.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing correct business information.
  • Ensuring they have the necessary rights to supplied content and images.
  • Providing timely approvals and feedback.
  • Maintaining access to relevant business accounts.
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Ensuring that their products, services and business practices comply with applicable laws.

Delays in providing information, access or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party materials, including fonts, stock photographs, software, plugins, templates and licensed assets, remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Sarvajnaya Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, internal processes, frameworks, reusable components and proprietary methodologies. We will not claim ownership of client-owned materials supplied to us.
